None of the numbers are accurate, that's the funny part. Sony and Microsoft are only talking about shipped numbers, not actual SOLD TO CUSTOMER numbers. Even NPD numbers aren't accurate, because they aren't getting their figures from EVERY RETAILER. All these numbers are estimates. People need to realize that and stop taking them as FACT. VGChartz made a 1 million unit adjustment for the PS3. lol!! You think that's accurate? No.. just no.

Wow that is just sad.  2 major fails in that article:

1. Anyone that knows ANYTHING about VGChartz at all knows there are way more Sony and Nintendo fans on here than MS fans.
2. The actual numbers are 44.5 million - 360; and 41.6 million - PS3;

It's probably because they're basing their information on Major Nelson's report. What they don't take into account is that Major Nelson is reporting based on countries with Xbox Live availability.
