In the sprite of Halloween which game was your favorite out of RE CV and RE4. 

RE4 easily.

Code Veronica was (and still is) the only full blown Resident Evil that I only played through once.  I probably played through RE 1 & 2 over ten times each.  I beat RE3 twice.  I beat RE4 several times on the GC, turned around and beat it three more times for the Gamecube.  And RE5, I play through all the time.  In fact, I was playing it earlier this afternoon.  So, you're asking if my most played RE is favored over my absolute least played RE.

Gotta go with RE4 by a landslide.

While RE4 is a great game, I'll have to go with Code Veronica on this one, its usually the most overlooked title in the series but nevertheless the second best RE game in my book (after REmake).

These games are easily ranked #1 and #2 in the series...I just cant figure ou which one I would rank 1st and which one I would rank 2nd...

you forgot Outbreak , the best use of coop in resident evil , heck the best online coop survival horror gameplay i've ever played.

I Remeber the opining of RECV was pure awesomeness like the MGS2 opening.

Code veroncia was the first RE I actually played but I got to go with RE4.

ah, what I meant was in the main series, but yeah outbreak is awesome. I heard a rumour that PSP RE might resembles Monster Hunter in some way, in another word it is possible to have coop, ad-hoc RE coop = epic wins.
