You can now send virtual console games and software to friends (but only if they are in the same country...which is crap!!)
Photo channel music format from MP3 to AAC (which is also crap, so I wont be geting this update!)
Luckily it seems u can revert back to the old photo channel software that supports MP3s by deleting the new update.
Not only Europe, Japan as well, Japan also has an update on the Everybody's Nintendo Channel.
This: sending Virtual Console games to others is really nonsense. It still prevents from people sending games which are not available in other regions... Therefore for me no need to ever use it anyway.

So if I send a game to my friend, can he keep it permanently? Can he share it again? Is there any difference for him vs. actually buying it himself? Can I still use it? Befuddles me.
