BTW, can someone please tell me why people like watching scary movies? I myself am not a huge fan of such movies (I scare very easily), and these days I rarely watch them (I hate how gory and gross most modern horror flicks are).

you know,I have never seen the silence of the lambs series,I should have,since I'm a movie buff. lol

Just watch The Silence of the Lambs. The other movies in the series suck. They suck so much they'll make you cry, considering how good the first one is.

hanniball doesn't suck imo

The puppet was ridiculous (as was the love story).

FTR, I'd still like to know why people like watching scary movies. Why do people like entering in such a psychological state? And psychologists/psychiatrists on here care to explain?

i'm not sure why,i'm sure some science bod will tell us,but they are enjoyable

i like the chiller type films best whatever era they are,

although i enjoy slashers that are well made i'm not that interested in just kill after messy kill unless theres plenty of tits and arse in it

nice top 2! I am not familiar with the third..

is the first Alien movie considered horror? add it to my list.

A modern choice would be "Shutter Island" and I love "SAW", the first one.

I've watched scream long ago, very long ago that I can't remember if it was good enough or not lol.

EDIT: actually it is good, the second one sucked ass though.

I can't chew Horror movies about curses and demons (like the ring), I just can't lol.
