WOOF YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ZOMGZOMG If only GT5 was out in 5 DAYSSS!!!! |
but you can rest easy that it didn't hurt ps3 sales, and MOVE was a monster confirmed??

Sony currently has software pegged at 350m shipped. Which is a long way above the 277m sold that VGChartz has. Definately needs looking into that.

boom again
so PS3 didn`t really sell this much this week? The huge boost for the week was from adjustments? I look forward to Kinect launch even more if Move is able to cause this much havoc.
How our favorite systems are just like humans and sometimes have issues finding their special someone...
Xbox 360 wants to Kinect & PS3 wants to Move! Why are both systems having such relationship problems? The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.

Time for hype

no....no you are not, the storm....has just begun.
This speaks three things.
Move has had a definite impact on PS3 sales.
This is very promising for 360 and Kinect sales. The buzz around Kinect is huge and Move has shown that motion control is still of interest to people. So Kinect should have a huge impact on 360 sales.
This is bad new for Nintendo. Wii has real competion in the Motion Control market. Consumers arent just defaulting to Wii for system with Motion controlled gaming. Good for PS3 and 360 and bad for Wii.
Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.

It did sell this much this week, only it sold twice as much for the week as VGChartz thought this morning

A very (very) crude way to look at the possible software sales figures would be to take the shipment software attach ratio of 8.62 and apply it to the 40.2 million sold hardware number. You get approx 338 million software sold. Though as I said its a very rough guess based on a simple, likely innacurate calculation
