Adjustments are in Middle-East, Asia and Africa going back about 2 years (since Sony are obviously selling more PS3s there than we are tracking) and in the last 4-5 weeks across Europe as Move boost was far greater than our data showed (ref Nintendo's recent data report). Wii and 360 adjusted slightly in EMEAA as well to match up more closely to the data shown via Nintendo's report, although adjustments are far smaller than for PS3.

I can see that. Only a month ago the 360 was 45k away from surpassing the PS3 in EMEAA, then a sales adjustment came in placing the PS3 about 250k ahead, and now it's 1.4 million ahead.
This is a pretty nasty adjustment, I have never seen VGChartz make such a massive error like this in the past. Could these sales be overinflated??(PS3 has seen 3 massive sales adjustments since the end of August, while other consoles have not seen any, or at least minor ones)??
Still if PS3 saw a 60-100k weekly worldwide boost due to Move, what will 360 sales be like with Kinect launching in the Holiday season? I mean currently the 260 is still outselling the PS3 in Americas by 20-25% despite the Move being released.
Going to be a very unpredictable fall.
