The adjustments couldnt have come at a more epic time.. all the graphs, software analysis, shipping numbers and how SONY reports sales in this thread just got owned.

exactly, and why.... because it came from a Nintendo report, thus no one can use the usual 'overshipping' xcuse!

Dude there's no need for that!

It came from Ninty's report but their source was GFK the de-facto tracking service in EU......its to do with who their source was not the fact that it was "Nintendo's" report

yeah, cool, its probabily hard to tell on the web, but thats not an agressive post, its more like a shelock holmes realisation, lol. but yeah, its interesting to know now, that since this data comes from a specific EU based tracking service that they are more accurate than the source vgchartz uses.

3,5m : 14 weeks = 250k a week

It's a DS level of sales ha ha ha

This says it all, if you guys think Sony PS3 is consistantly selling at the same rate as DSthen you are all deluded.

Gotta love some of the comments from earlier.

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."  --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials

Conservatives:  Pushing for a small enough government to be a guest in your living room, or even better - your uterus.

No matter how many times ioi adjusts the PS3 sales up, for most of the users here it will always be undertracked ...

I have always thought it was undertracked, and I was right. I even said so last week's WW sales thread that it was no point in discussing the weekly numbers because they would get adjusted later down the path anyways (I said in 6 months time, but I was clearly wrong about that), and BOOM, adjustments one-two weeks after and all the numbers are turned COMPLETELY on their heads!

Actually Darth, the Europe chart was Nintendo's internal trackers. Hence why GfK is not credited as a source:

A game I'm developing with some friends:

It is largely a technical exercise but feedback is appreciated.

And according to some posters here the most accurate of all the trackers.
