Kings of Leon dropped their new album this week. Nothing else matters music wise until Kanye's album.

This is breath taking! She is going to sell over 1 million copies of her new album in its debut week. OMFG Go taylor! You truly are the queen of all music!! This means she will have a higher debut than Garth Brooks, making her the highest selling country artist of all time.

Hitsdailydouble always gets their predictions right. They are chart estimaters and they have connects and mesaure sales.

No she isn't .... Country music? sure, I'll let you have that.

I think for music it's be a different situation. I'd rather have downloadable music. Most people are listening to iPods or whatever anyway...downloaded music.

Also, leo-j/Lady Gaga vs. Ps3/Taylor Swift thread now!

Haha I thought that the second Leo posted! Great minds ya know ;)  .  Eh, I guess I'm old fashioned then lol.  I like cd's of artists I really like or think are gonna be good.  Basically if I only like a few songs, then download.  If I like most or its a favorite artist, buy CD.

So who's this "queen" of music?

From what I've read the majority of albums are still sold physically, but singles are mainly sold digitally now.

Plus as an interesting anecdote, vinyls sales have been way up for the last few years aswell, though that market of course is relatively insignificant.

well done to her but all in all she'd be nothing without kanye

Id buy a copy too, but the new Cradle of Filth album comes out this week...Sorry Taylor.

Born this way will be the biggest album release since thriller and you could quote me on that

TFM is the best selling album this year, and it came out last year... despite recovery (eminem, and teenage dream (katy perry)
