Stupid woman thinks that PS3 Slim is called the "Sony PlayStation PS3 Move". -__-

lol what the op one, I don't think she knows different between 360 and Kinect ..

Everything on HSN is staged. Also worth mentioning is that counter at the bottom. Not to say that Kinect isn't selling quick, but that counter is used all the time. The Kinect only gets so much air time before they go to the next product, so they use them to give the appearance of a fast sellout to stimulate call in sales.

Honestly, I don't understand how people use HSN. It is always so overpriced.

Well I was talking about the numbers, I don't care aobut their ploys. Unless the numbers in the counter are a lie, then I'm still impressed. Are they a lie?

From what I gather the numbers aren't always the truth. They did a counter similar to that for the PSP a while back and it almost sold out. Now we both know the PSP isn't selling that well.

Although like I said, it could be selling really well.

It was just food for thought for pessimists.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

He's not going to chill out. This is the culmination of what he thinks will be the biggest thing since sliced bread.  Kinect will be front-loaded at best.  When the lack of games is realized it wont be anything worthwhile.

That was awesome!  I have visions of informed gamers freaking out over this, and wondering how people can be so stupid to order over the HSN after watching that.

They seemed to have missed it for the Move segment.

Not all products use the counter. I am not stating what I am because I am trying to downplay anything of that is what you or Seece are thinking. I am just giving people an idea of how HSN operates.

Do they have HSN in Canada? I ask because if they do then you too may have seen the many times where they have jewelry at 4x the normal price yet their counters make it appear to be a super fast seller.

That Wii advert was also back around the time when Wii was selling boatloads, yet the counter was for a lower quantity and was selling at a much slower pace than the Kinect. Are we to assume that Kinect will sell more than the Wii did during the those holidays based on an HSN counter?

The post is not to diss the Kinect and I think some here are being a bit too sensitive. I am just providing a different perspective.
