Thanks for all these suggestions, quick question though.

I heard Demon Souls was ridiculously challenging, so, exactly how hard is this game? From the people who played it, what did you think of the difficulty? Also, how's the system of leveling up? Is it the usual kill monsters, gain exp, level up and get stronger or something else? And how long is it?

 

Oh and can someone let me know how active White Knight Chronicles online is? Is there a good amount of people playing so I can find people to quest with?

It works like you kill demons, gain their souls, use those souls to level certain stats such as magic, endurance and so on. The weapons are upgraded by stones which some are ridiculously hard to obtain. As far as the difficulty I wouldn't say it's too bad, very rewarding and it punishes you for being stupid and not taking your time. It pretty much has infinite re-playability and the online community is still pretty strong... on the NA servers at least.

IMO avoid FF13 it blew. Get Dragon age origins and maybe some Fallout action.

I'm looking for a RPG that I can play now, who knows when Tales of Vesperia will release on PS3 here, if ever.

@Soriku Thanks for showing me that, I might pick that up.

@Bristow9091 Thanks for letting me know what you think about WKC, I think I will be picking this game up. I was just seeing if there is more great RPGs that I can look into.

So far I'm thinking of getting Demon's Souls, not positive yet.

Don't get WKC right now.

WKC will be bundled with WKC2 with upgraded gameplay and enhanced graphics. You should wait. I don't know when it will be released but it surely will.

Valkyria Chronicles (How far did you get? I thought it sucked for the first hour or two, but the combat got a lot better and more strategic when you got more units etc?, FFXIII no doubt you've heard of it, Resonance of fate is pretty good imo and you can dress your characters like a barbie doll!, or Eternal Sonata is probably your best bet... I don't really like tales at all, so I can't really say what you'd like.

Demon Soul's is a great great game, but not really even close to what you asked for... and it's not that hard of a game imo. You just can't charge into things, and go back to a save point 5 seconds before if you screw up, ya gotta think.

Oh, I beat Valkyria Chronicles several times and enjoyed it very much. (I stated in my OP that I played VC but I can see how you saw it mixed in with Oblivion)

I'm not really interested in FFXIII and I might give Eternal Sonata another try, couldn't really get into it.

I just wish I knew when WKC2 was coming out, I was planning on having WKC while I wait for WKC2 I just wish I knew when it was launching.
