Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Wii motion vs Playstation Move

I'm going to use my psychic abilities and say...someone may get banned in the near future.  But, he should not worry.  My powers say it is only temporary.

I couldn't finish watching that it was horrible. Though I must agree WM gives you the same quality control as Move if not better. With way more titles on the Wii and the cheaper price tag you'd be foolish to purchase Move, or just a fanboy.

no it doesnt go and read move reviews.

not many wii titles really use the motion sensing, how many motion plus titles are their?

the ps3 gives a diffrent experience then the wii, if someone wants that experience but he also wants motion controls him buying the ps3 woudnt make him a fool or a fanboy, you can play already great games using the move, the fight is coming out, time crisis isnt bad, re5 and heavy rain have patches, and lbp2, gt5,kz3,infamous 2, socom 4, and sorcery are all coming out in the next 5 months or so and they all have move support.

There are a lot of wii games that uses motion controls. Get your facts right fanboy.

PS3 gives a dumbed down experience. The wii has a much  quicker pointer speed than the Move easily.  Also the wii detects better than the move.

That sure is odd,  in my experience the Move controls games in a better more accurate / precise manner.   I could give a crap less about the technical differences.  What works better in games?  For me, thus far it's been the move.

Secondly,  this video is absolutely horrible, it wasn't funny, it wasn't entertaining.  Even if you were trolling for a response?   It was like watching a serial killer obsess over his highschool crush.  Some real Ted Bundy stuff right there.

Thirdly,  If this video had actual proof of what was said?  Maybe I would take some belief in it.  If this wasn't a video completely focused on experiences with a system at a store that's been used and abused and probably didn't calibrate or a whole host of other issues,  really isn't even viable or valid.

Thanks for the Lols for the night though.

i was talking about wii motion plus.

go read move reviews, they compare it to wii motion plus, wii motion plus has barely any games supporting it, red steel 2 wii sports resort and what else 3 or 4 games.

even though move released 2 months ago it already has more support then wii motion plus.

how does move give a dumbed down experience? its 1:1 motion, and it has lots of support.

you must open your eyes fanboy.

Your move is getting support from your own first party mostly not 3rd parties really. Your point is silly.

If you had watched my video  would of foundyou why it isn't as good as the wii. 1:1 my balls. All you sony fanboys hate to admit because you guys don't wanna look bad. For pete sakes we are going to get better shooters because The wii IR pointers works better than the move. The speed difference is very noticable. Also if the move was so much better than why I and other people having trouble playing ping pong on sports champions. For pete sakes the racquet didn't even move with the controller. I never had any trouble with ping pong on the wii.

You need to open your eyes fanboy

But for people not having Wii, Move could be an option. Plus, PS3 also gives you many other things besides motion gaming.

Actually the move is dumbed down motion controls. The pointer speed between the two are very different. pretty the wii wins that

I did not touch on the technical issues. What I meant that in terms of purchasing decision, especially for current owners of PS3s, Move could be a better option than the purchase of a Wii. Also for persons not owning a current gen console, you would also need to factor in other issues besides the motion controls (like cost, games library, what the console will be used for, etc.).

Actually if you want motion gaming. The best choice is wii because the wii has a lot more better titles for it

Possibly so ... but if you want Motion gaming and HD. Or motion gaming, internet play, trophies, Blu Ray, mature adult games (like Heavy Rain) then Move will work out better.

Big bullshit. plain and simple.

Having both I can easily have my move pointer moving as fast as WB's Road Runner, it's a matter of settings.

Wii motion plus is a ripoff : You pay it 15 € that gives you a total wimote price of 55 € for just an added gyroscope, already integrated in PS Move wand. PS Move also use a magnetometer to help define its space localization.

You didn't find it funny because you are a sony fanboy that is why. Actually you are lying like every sony fanboy does. For petes you can't play the move in well lit rooms or dark room.  I bet you haven't played a wii because you would of noticed the wii IR pointer easily moves much quick than te Move. Enjoy your dumbed down shooters on PS3. Dude the proof is the comparsion between the wii and the PS3. You just hate to admit the wii works better is because you are a Sony cocksucker.

Besides the move has no games. Nothing. all you guys have is party games and mini games

Move doesn't move as fast as the wii's pointer. stop lying you sony worshipper. That is all you guys do is lie.

Also the move is a rip off of the wii mote and nunchuck

While I'm just following this thread for the laughs, you may want to watch this vid.

The guy on the video has some serious issues.
