According to VGC data for WE 16 Oct GT5P is at 3.915 million disc based sales.

I think it won't beat the announcement, but it is looking good to beat the release date.

Somehow seems VGchartz is way too biased against PS3 lol even for Japan sales they always decrease the number which come from media create by about  2k or 3k units.

5m in total but since we don't know exactly how much is Dload sales it might be OVER 5m or a little under.
