Last gen: Super Smash Bros. Melee. I was so excited that I couldn't even concentrate in school. Still one of my best games ever.

This gen: Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The daily updates kept me really excited and that first trailer with Snake in it made me cream my pants. Great game but 2 things annoyed me about it; Tripping and the crappy online mode.

The games I was the most hyped for in all my gaming life are Final Fantasy VII and Shenmue.

I haven't been as hyped since then. Sure, I get hyped for games from time to time, like for inFamous 2 right now, but it's certainly not on the level that I was for those 2 games.

That's probably due to the getting older thing many people talk about. I don't know. ¬_¬
