Forums - Gaming - Man if only Medal of Honour had this feature, it would kick MW2 butt.

Man I guess I didn't do my homework again. I assumed after playing Medal Of Honour Lan at PAX that their would be split screen multiplayer. Heck its one of CoD's biggest selling features and as the biggest competitior I expected their to be split screen.

Today when I picked up my copy and looked at the back I was tempted to give it back to the girl and skip it. However I decided to purchase it anyways. When I got home and started playing campaign I was really impressed the game is definatly alot prettier graphic wise. I then took the game online and loved the online game modes. I love the game to death.

But after a few hours of playing campaign and trying out online some friends wanted to come over, they new I was buying the game and wanted to play. But after they came over we were stuck back at the "No local multiplayer" everyone got bored of taking turns and within half an hour it was time to pop MoH out and put in MW2.

If only MoH had local multiplayer it would be a better game then CoD:MW2. But sadly it doesn't and I guess since I have friends over alot I won't be getting to play MoH as much as CoD.

Its a shame loose one feature and the game just doesn't stand up to the competition. It can be better in almost every way but get rid of splitscreen and it just ruins the game!

every shooter should have this feature!

no shooter will beat mw2 in the mean time not even Black ops, MW2 train was a mahine and every 1 in 4 HD console owners knew about mw2 and got MW2 since every dam game was delayed.

split screen wouldn't of killed it the fact the MP in MOH is too small is what killing MOH with Black ops loading as many online features it can cram into the disk.

Of Course That's Just My Opinion, I Could Be Wrong

Well obviously it wouldn't sell as well as CoD:MW2, but the game would be better quality. I was stunned when I went from playing MoH campaign to playing MW2 multiplayer the game was just so lackluster to me. Its just the lack of multiplayer locally that kills it for me. Why couldn't EA of included split screen multiplayer?

Splitscreen is a reason for me to buy a game, if it gets bad reviews. Every week a friend of mine comes over so can play on the 360. We played almost every co-op game there is, even the bad ones. For example I bought Kane & Lynch 1 and 2 with a friend so we could play a game together, and we had fun with it even though it's not GoW2 or Borderlands.

So my advice for game developers: put co-op in the game and your game will get more sales :)

No,  most of the reviews are quite BS as a matter of fact

I thought the first level sucked...and then I deleted it off my PC. Its like MW but with laughable AI and more american GI Joe-ness.
