Lawl. Xenoblade is RPG through and through, and Monster Hunter 4 just filled up the void, whilst being awesome.

Well, I haven't played Xenosaga, but I thought it was going action adventure?

 

I have Monster Hunter Tri though, it is definitely an action adventure.

 

I am not saying that it's bad because it's an action adventure. I like action adventures. I think there's been confusion  on the genres ever since Nintendo fans wanted an RPG on the N64, and some decided to start saying that Ocarina of Time was an RPG - even though it remains, to this day, the definitive action adventure game.
