Forums - Gaming - yesterdays gaming session

yesterday me and my housemates had a christmas party, there was about 20 people. Anyway we decided to get the N64 out for a bit of a reminisent gaming session, we played goldenye, mariokart, road rash, smash bros and some other classics. Anyway people seemed to love that we had a N64 and even though it was a party with lots of booze and great tunes,  people seemed really interested and everyone wanted to play it.

Now whats strange is we had a Wii, PS2 and Xbox out and no one seemed to care less about them. Is that strange or is it just me? I mean 4 player goldeneye is not as fun as it gets at a party right? It's for when you come back from clubs at 4AM when still pissed

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

LOL... Ok... Whateva!

Old systems always go over well at parties... people like old games with booze. No surprise there. I often have NES parties with my friends. Everyone loves a round of punch out!

Prepare for termination! It is the only logical thing to do, for I am only loyal to Megatron.

If u guys played the old N64 it must've been a hell of a good Christmas-party ...

THE NETHERLANDS

n64 still rocks my world.

Im guessing you havent had a halo party =P

With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Game trailers-Halo 3 only dissapointed the people who wanted to be dissapointed.

Bet with Harvey Birdman that Lost Odyssey will sell more then Blue dragon did.
