update server failed back to sat 11:40pm edt sat, a patch being applied to Civ4 caused my system to BSOD at about 30 min after midnight. sorry about any work lost in that hour.

we need you to fix our rail highway... i mean sure we have warping now but we miss your amazing use of read stone, your wizardry... and we cant fix what creepers have broked

Also I'm blushing, the redstone is based on cookie cutter stuff, I just apply it logically.  I'm pretty good with logic though.  And I understand why you think I was a wizard if you looked at the hideous mess on the inside of those stations and tried to make sense of it

Man you guys sound like you've been doing some amazing stuff.  I will definitely be taking a tour the second my highway is operable. 

Nowadays warping (use the /warp command... it gives you the warp list, then you just pick a warp name and type /warp NAME HERE) is the preferred mode of transit, but I still build traditional transit options for traditionalists and to give it a more immersive feel.

City's really starting to go somewhere now. It has 14 buildings (one is floating away with a lot of balloons tied to it and another is at the end of a bridge connected to the city... it's kinda in the suburbs), Central Park, two main methods of transportation to get there (three if you count the Nether, which actually can be the fastest traditional method of transit. Each block in the Nether = 8 blocks in the overworld), and a baseball stadium. By the time it's done, by my calculations, it'll have over a hundred buildings. =)

Today I built the four stations for the downtown subway (subway strictly for getting around in the city. Main station is in the Cube, with the four other stations (color coded Red, Blue, Gold, and Silver) at each of the city's corners).

I've got a variety of things I'm planning to build in the City. This post is to be a collection of the ideas I want to use so I don't forget before I get home. Most of the creations are going to be edited from what I'm posting here; these posts are just inspiration.
