well still borked, ill have to fix it later

so my safari is hosed right now but opera to the rescue. My SP fort all done on single player, only mods death chest, and mo' creatures (makes the game way harder)
standing on the top of one of my 5 towers 
I have two of these chest rooms right now both full
the next is my firs topen pit mine that was used for wall material and for original building under center tower, its now gone. note there was no coal in this whole damn thing, i had to explore a deadly deadly cave, and around the world and bring it back, lost quite a it before death chest 
the most recent change is  this a lava wall and pit to protect the base in mo creatures, the inside used to be dirt but it was removed so lions would stop spawning inside my base i can have a view of the old base up later tonight.

Yeah falling is a major pain in the ass. I usually put water pits or ladders at the bottom to try using to catch myself.

Anyhow, here's most of the stuff I've built. I tend to go for things that are incredibly grandiose, then they get so big that I never quite get around to completely finishing them. Meh.

 


My original castle. This thing is completely, 100% constructed, but I never got around to completely furnishing it. This pic also shows some of my pixel art.


Most of the rest of my pixel art. Also shows my very first building ever, and the glass bridge leading to my first "pre-planned" tower (not shown).
The bridge shown in the background is part of my network of bridge-roads I'm building at the moment to connect all of my creations by road.


My second castle. I consider this one more of a prison than anything else... at least, that's what it looks like. Notice the bridge on the right side? This's also connected.


My latest castle. This one's by far the most beautiful and complicated. It's smaller than the second one, but it has a lot more going on. There are bridges and balconies and hallways all over the place, as well as a full castle-town inside the main outer walls (which are what you're seeing here). There's also a full fountain system, which makes it really pretty too.


Here you can see most of the castle town and the main fountain-tower.


This shows the inner castle up close, as well as the front of the church and, opposite that, the minecart station.

Inside the church. Piano, keyboard, pulpit, baptismal, sound system, communion table, and seating space for 157.

I've never played multiplayer before ever until now. I'm building a fun little mess of a building out above the ocean as we speak.

other changes new router, the old one had a wan to lan through put cap of 24 megs. my IP has faster download speeds (55megs to 101megs depending on other ends connection quality. aggregate of 60 megs)then that so I had been looking to upgrade.
the new router tops out at 429megs wan to lan and about the same lan to wan (though i was less worried about that my uplink is 6.5 megs) after testing through the new router i have a realtivly stable connection at 65megs, slightly slower during peak use, and up to full 101megs for each lan port at the same time during off peak use.
this should help with some issues we used to have when 5 or more people were on at the same time. this has not really been a problem for the last say month and a half, but buid for the future, also for me to play live, stream movies and not kill the servers connection.
also i think in late feb early march i may be buying a tower to move our server to im looking at a cyberpower system] im still researching, any thoughts would be appreciated

the HD will be a raptor ill take out of the current tower hosting our server
a powermac G5 dual 2 processor 6gigddr2 ram and an ati 800xt fx card
it was bought in 03 and was serving admirably but since the move to beta has struggled a bit, i think its the fact no new java is available for the old girl and a change in the jar want the new java, the tower will be put in service as a media server when its removed form minecrafting.
