Class of Heroes 3D is the only newly announced game in that list.

The bolded part of the list are the new games, if you want to see the titles announced at E3 go here.

I bolded those in your list that are not new.  All 4 of those were already known.

Combat of giants is just the Japanese name for an Ubisoft title I reckon that was announced at E3. As has been stated above, this isn't a leak unless these titles were given pricing or release date info.

• Class of Heroes 3Dx3D (Acquire)
• Combat of Giants Dinosaur 3D (Ubisoft)
• Ghost Recon Tactics (Ubisoft)
• Splinter Cell 3D (Ubisoft)
• Driver 3D (Ubisoft)

This is in addition to the long list of games games that were announced at E3. Aside from Samurai Warriors, which is now listed as Samurai Warriors Chronicle, these are unchanged.

Everything in the magazine's 3DS schedule is flagged as date TBA, and most of the games, including all the titles above, are listed as "tentative title."

The game about waiting tables is nowhere to be found, so scratch it off your most wanted list."

Adriasang must not have been payign much attention because Ghost Recon, Splinter Cell and Driver were all known already.

Were they leaks, rumors or formally announced? Cuz I remember hearing about Splinter Cell but not Driver or GR (other than GR coming to wii psp)
