Almost $300, though I'd go for $250 if we compare various DS models prices in JPY and USD. As I've said already ¥20000 for DSi LL in Japan translates in $190 for DSi XL in US, that'd give us $238, roughly speaking $250 taking in consideration exchange rates.

It could probably have some demos and a few mini games on the 3DS.
Or possibly bundled.
But I'd be more than happy to pay $300 for the 3DS
