Not answering the question FTW. 2/3 of the posts in this thread are about IF Kinect will do this or that. Meanwhile the OP is asking what it would be like if it DID happen. 

Well if it did happened I think the the fanboys would continue to rage. 360 fanboys would be gloating and all other fanboys would find a way to talk shit about Kinect (similar to how people talk shit about the Wii).



I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.

As for the thread topic. The short answer is nothing. Nothing will change. All the fanboys will continue bashing each other's consoles for irrelevant reasons and the rest of us will enjoy video games and reading the nonsense.

P.S. Where is selnor nowadays anyways?

If it sells something ridiculous like 10 million Kinect bundles plus standalone console sales during launch quarter (in addition to Kinect standalone sales) sure.

But considering MS' projections were something like 3m sales, it's highly doubtful they're shipping 10m plus Kinect units/bundles for the holidays.

If they sell 1m Kinect bundles and 2m standalone kits, which would be in line with MS' projections (or even 3m Kinect bundles plus standalone sales), no. It wouldn't change anything.
