It's hard to say which one will sell better.

I think a lot of people were disappointed with Fable 2 so they might not get Fable 3 while most people were suprised by Fallout 3 so I think most of the people who bought Fallout 3 will buy New Vegas.

But the Fable franchise is bigger that the Fallout one in Europe  so that might give you an edge.
