A total of 3 Kinect TV ads were just unveiled. One for the Wii Sports inspired Kinect Sports from RARE, another for the Mario Kart inspired Joy Ride and last but not least the Nintendogs inspired Kinectimals. Not much gameplay shown but the concept is nice. Let me know what you think in the comments below.  Click the 'Read More' link for all 3 videos.

Are these for US or UK ?

It's very similar to the Wii and Move ads, but the severe lack of gameplay footage makes the Kinect ads far worse imo.

"You are the controller" is an important message to get out, but I think people, especially the casual gamers, want to see more of the actual game.

What would had been better imo is one general ad for Kinect where they spam the "message" but more gameplay focused ads for the actual games.

Pretending that I know next to nothing about videogames and consoles, and I would see these ads for the first time I'd say they tell me nothing about the product and I would feel no desire to purchase it.

Thought the could have shown just a bit more of the games personally. Really liked the second and third one though! they actually had me smiling as I watched. Not fussy about the first one though, I actually thought it was supposed to be a music game at first.

Kinectimals ad is excellent, Joy Ride not so great as it does not look like they're really playing, Kinect Sports is ok.

I kind of like them, but I notice they're really trying to push the concept more than the games, which hardly feature.  Although, looking at Move launch that might not be a bad idea.

Both Move and from what I've seen Kinect actually have fairly average and expected launch titles, so focusing on the concept would make sense.

It doesn't interest of impress me, but I'm guessing MS aren't aiming Kinact at gamers like me...

The first one is good, the best of the three, the second one make the game look like a pain to play , and the third one is hard to follow (the camera keeps moving in slow frames)
