Nirvana was basically the hair metal band of the 80's...just in the 90s...bluprint which struck temporary success and was copied by everyone...Setting the hard rock movemebt back 15 years.]

Nirvana wasn't even the first popular grunge band, much less the first grunge band that everyone copied.

I don't know about that.
If you listen to Facelift by alice in chains or badmotofinger by Sundgarden...hell even Core by STP (sex type thing song rules)...all those are alternative metal records. Only after nirvana did all 3 of those bands become "grunge".
Which other band came out playing grunge, making fun of other genres and "rock stars" and became popular before Nirvana?
Notice how I don't mind pearl jam, despite partly being responsible for influencing creed, nickleback and other train wrecks that came out in late 90s and early 2000s...They played their songs, never made it their business to go insult other bands and types of music. I can pull you amany exmplesof Kurt dissing guns n roses, poison, warrant...
