I'm one of the Biggest Assassin's Creed fans on the planet, and even I'm turned off by the multiplayer.

Brotherhood will sell like crazy though. I don't think the casual market are fully aware of the direction the game is taking.

and I hope Assassin's Creed 3 goes back to the main plot which I deeply love.

I get you love the main games for what they are, I do too, but are you still interested in Brotherhood?

Edit - and no I havan't played 1! I only hear bad things and don't want my opinion on the franchise tarnished I loved AC2.

Well, it would be hard for you to get into AC1 since so many features were added to 2. Going back to play it would be hard to swallow. It's really a shame that you missed the experience of witnessing the birth of an amazing new franchise and the birth of the amazing new character, Al-tair!

You hear a lot of negative stuff about the original game, but the game was something fresh. Milllions experienced it, and millions continued on to get the sequel. Yes it had its problems, but gamers who didn't enjoy the first one, saw the potential the franchise had. Which is why it continued to sell with AC2 even after all that criticism.

I'll wait for reviews. let me put it like this: I won't settle for a campaign that's anything short of the first 2.

Weird... post failed on my first try...

Anyway, I haven't been following Brotherhood too closely, but I did enjoy both 1 and 2.  What kinds of changes are they making in the game?

AC Brotherhood will roughly do the same I think.

Preorders are already more than AC2 had at the same time and the gap is getting bigger every week.

Story will continue with Ezio and the game will be just as long as AC2 and it will have multiplayer.

AC & AC2 rocks !!!

Sort of off topic: Is AC2 much better than 1? I did not like 1, it was too repetitive.

repetitiveness is COMPLETELY gone in AC2

Ask a simple question, get shot. Thanks guys>_>

Didn't Ubisoft say the campaign in Brotherhood will be 15 hours?

themanwithnoname's law: As an America's sales or NPD thread grows longer, the probabilty of the comment "America = World" [sarcasticly] being made approaches 1.

yes. Just as long as Assassin's Creed 2.

I'm not trying to put you down, and I do believe that you personally finished the game in 15 hours ... but that's nowhere near the average amount of time it takes to complete the game.

It's at least a 25-30 hour game.

It took me over 30 hours to platinum.
