The article you linked me to is a follow up article based on the article in the OP.  I

The word document you linked me to is simply the paper about the original research by the government.  It's well documented in every regard.  The numbers and methods are entirely transparent.  That's how statistics is supposed to be done.  Notice that you see none of that in the Chronicle's article, just some graphs they've borrowed without context.  That is not acceptable statistics, and whether they're right or not this "study" doesn't prove anything one way or the other.

If the data is available to be reviewed, then why would the article need to bring it up?  The article was a wake up call article, and not a research piece.  The unpublished part comes in that is now what the government reports.  To get too hung up on the minutia here is to miss the point.

So they're just going to claim there's unpublished data in government reports.  Whoop-de-fing-do.  Last time I checked, that sort of thing is called a rumor and not proof of anything.  You generally need evidence of some sort.  You know who also claim a lot of stuff without having any proof to accomplish some agenda?  Conspiracy theorists.

As I said, if they really did find unpublished data, it's their responsibility to publish it, not just claim they found it.

my engineering plus MBA cost me about $45,000 in Australia. Worth the money though.

not what I said at all, are you incapable of reading posts correctly or something?

poorer people should pay less tax because they can afford to pay less, rich people should pay more because they can afford to pay more

Are you seriously suggesting communism as a good thing?

There are what, two communist nations left (it's hard to tell depending on how you define it).  In North Korea, well, that's like the poorest nation on earth.  And then there is Cuba.  Where around 1 million government workers are losing their jobs and the government removes more and more communist regulations every month or so, http://www.allvoices.com/contributed-news/6758503-cuba-to-lay-off-1-million-government-workers

Marx paraphrased the New Testament quite a bit, that one is from Acts 4.

Jesus was a COMMIE!

Student loan debt is an even larger problem for society than charge card debt, and the trend continues to point way up. We can't deny the fact that it is the result of economic depression. This incident is one of the largest problem for society. And now Student loan default at highest level in years. Because student loan debt has exceeded charge cards on the customer debt scale, and experts forecast the problem to continue to grow larger. Especially today wherein we are experiencing economic fall.

Naaah.

There is a BIG difference between people sharing and helping each other out of their feeling for your fellow man,(Jesus) and people sharing and helping each other at the point of a gun. (Communism)

I mean, that'd be like saying the Dhali Llama is a terrorist because they both want independence for their state.
