In comparison with the fourth generation, even fewer Pokémon have a good design:

Tsutarja/Janobi/Jaroda (roughly talking);
Meguroko/Warubiru/Warubiaru (looks nice);
Purotoga/Abagora (this is something we haven't seen in years! Greatest set of Pokémon since #252);

It's just too crap for a generation only. I know every generation has ugly and useless (Zubat/Beedle/Wurmple) Pokémon, but this one has got the trophy for worst designed generation ever.
