are you implying that there arent any good wii games?

Well I was assuming you weren't being completely literal, because if so it's *extremely* easy to refute.

I think what's more likely however is that the games you think are supposed to sell, such as Metroid: Other M, aren't very good games.

point taken (nice links btw, lol)

as far as metroid goes though its a well known franchise that got 9/10 in gamestm and 8/10 in edge - two of the more respected mags in the uk. its averaging just over 80% on gamerankings and doesnt look like it'll match the sales of games like http://www.vgchartz.com/game.php?id=29483

looks like metroid will be joining NMH2, Monster Hunters, Sin & Punishment, Red Steel 2 and Tatsunoko vs Capcom as games whose sales dont match their quality

Huh? It sold 16K this week, 11K from the 'Middle East, Africa and Asia' region, where the competition barely has a distribution/marketing presence compared to Sony.

A game I'm developing with some friends:

It is largely a technical exercise but feedback is appreciated.

Haha sorry misread Seece's chart.  But still, it's WW sales to me are still impressive, for how old it is of course.

Hopefully Super Mario's anniversary campaign will give the Wii a little boost next week.

The numbers for this week (which will be available next week) should be interesting.  Reach bundle sales, a few days of move bundle sales.  Last week's numbers (this thread's topic)...meh

I don't expect Move to create a huge spike in sales here, if anything it may be a slow burner.  I just hope I don't have to endure all these "Move flopped!" threads the week after it releases.
