Forums - Sony - Ico PS2 vs Ico PS3 HD Screen Comparison

With Ico and Shadow of the Colossus officially announced for the PS3, Sony fans around the world have been quite happy in the last 24hrs. Although there haven't been many screens released of the newly re-tuned -- only one screen has been released -- it's enough to compare it to the PS2 release and see the large steps forward Sony and Team Ico are taking with these HD versions.

Ico and Shadow of the Colossus will be shown throughout the Tokyo Game Show and new information should come out over the course of the show. Below, you can gaze at the comparison screens and awe in the talent of Team Ico.

He who hesitates is lost

but... but.. the washed-out soft lighting visual style is the stuff that made Ico special... never saw that in a game before... they made the game with the intention to substracting design..  now everything is crisp and clear... :(
