I am firmly against double-lynches, so if the timer ended with two people or one person and no lynch, I would not have accepted it.

So the timer ended as 4 votes for Heph and 4 for No-Lynch were decided.

The purpose of the timer wasn't for all of you guys to do some last-minute voting... it was so you guys would start discussion earlier and not ignore the thread and come to a decision sooner. I was thinking 2.5 days was significant enough, but I guess I was wrong since many of you are too indecisive. There is no extensions because the purpose of a time limit is to actually have a set time when the day ends, and by having infinite extensions, there really would be no need for it.

There are extenuating circumstances to day being extended. For example, VGChartz being down or a player being sick and not able to get to a computer. Now, I have to decide if a tie is an extenuating circumstance.

TOS, that's a nice loophole, but I'm afraid it doesn't work that way. Once the timer stops, I count every vote from there.
