Your role claim went through a series of transitions with each question I asked you.

Initial Role Claim

When I asked who he reflected his targeters to -

"elsewhere = random (same as in the games I believe)"

Why in the world didn't you say that before. It sounds to me as you're making it up as you go. And later....

"where did I say I only had 2 options? however in my mind the only logical options were these indeed"

There was the alternative to wait till the end game. That to me sounded like you could either use your power on night 1 as you did and near the end of the game. Again, I have a gut feeling that you're making it up as you go.

This, add the fact that you're reluctant to name claim even though you've given your role away, and the fact that your role, if true is better suited for someone anti-town (scum looking to escape cop investigations) are surely enough to warrant a vote ? If it isn't, I don't know what is.

Either way, there are 4 possibilities.

1) You are lying about the role you have and has a kill ability. (SK/Mafia)

2) You are lying about the role you have and has a kill ability. (Vigilante)

3) You are not lying about the role, yet you are scum.

4) You are not lying about your role, you aren't scum and you deflected me to some random killer.

Given the circumstances, we are confused at WTF happened with the skipping of a day, and we have no other leads, I am willing to take my chances and lynch you.

Also, just something to note, in most mafia, the person who hints at being the doctor is either the doctor or mafia. I read this on mafiawiki.

I'm actually tempted to vote heph for reasons I won't explain...none of which have anything to do with his guilt or innocence though...

All reasons need explanations,  especially if they differ from ones that are already presented.  

Well if I voted for him I would have explained, but just to give an idea, it may be possible to expose a mafia by lynching him. And it's not heph turning up not-guilty and then saying "omfg these people voted for heph so they must be mafia"

You're using misunderstandings to make it seem like Heph changed his version as he went along but if you read his first statement carefully, nothing he said in it contradicts his later precisions.

To me you sound like scum who has found an easy lynch target and you're grasping at straws to make him more suspicious than he really is. (That being said, Heph's reluctance to nameclaim does make him look suspicious)

I don't think, Heph, that you're going into enough detail about exactly what happened last night/two nights ago. From what I've gathered:

• Your ability was one-use.
• You could reflect an attack
• You could not choose which attack to reflect.
• You had no idea whom the new target would be, except that it wouldn't be you.
• Nobody died, thanks to Palom and Porom.

Could you please explain concisely your actions last night and your ability?

Your ability only works if you are targeted? If you were not targeted, would you retain the ability for re-use?

I didn't get the impression that you were the Doctor, incidentally, but the Mafia did...if you are to be believed. Just to ask a general question, did anybody else here suspect that Heph was the Doctor?
