So far, 

TOS has called out to confirm role = alignment...I doubt he would do that if he wasn't pro-town. The mafia want the town to be left in the shadows as much as possible.

Dsister has started randomly voting for people....again.... dude, this clouded everyone's judgement about you in the last game you played. People were going on Stefl's claim that you're innocent. And he was mafia in that game. At least try to give reasoning for your votes....even though most of the time you claim to do that when you want people to talk more.

I'm all for day 1 lynches, but most of the time, the town end up screwing around and ending the day with a "no lynch". How is this game any different, and is it a risk worth taking ?

But since you seem quick to make a judgement on him, I wonder....I wonder if you are pro-town. Was this a way of you saying, "don't lynch TOS" to all the other pro townies out there.  A trick to save yourself and TOS at the same time!

Its not that easy darth..it never is...claiming someone to be innocent just like that is a serious accusation. However, I have simply said that TOS is unlikely to be scum, NOT TOS isn't scum. 
There is always the possibility of him being anti-town, but I simply stated my opinion on what he did.

He has initiated, by FAR...the most important thing so far in the game for the judgement of a player's alignment. If he is anti-town, I doubt he would have done that.

But then again, by doing so, he may be an anti-town person who is trying to win over the favour of the town.But I doubt anyone would do that. Confusion among the town is something the mafia would love to have. What TOS has initiated would come back to bite him in the ass later in the game when anyone even thinking of name claiming an evil name would get lynched because the town know that they're anti-town !

name = alignment or not is something that the town usually find out as they progress in the game.

Another possibility is that TOS has a pro-town name, but is anti-town.....so what he has done would cause any pro-town peeps with anti-town names get lynched. But then again, judging by the replies he got for that question, its safe to say that is not the case.
