All the ones I like the best are DLC. Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light (Probably the best co-op in a game I've played, ever or close to it).

Flower is great for co-op: one of you plays the game while the other weeps uncontrollably at its brilliance and beauty.
Armored Core 4 answer, got online co-op and multiplayer. i think its fun

Wait for Black Ops case it has Zombies. That, or Fifa 11, or LBP2. Castle Crashers is pretty fun as well.
Overall the PS3 lacks on good offline multyplayer games.
I would say little big planet, super stardust hd, borderlands and resistance 2.
