Wait what? 

He did nothing, absolutely nothing. All I saw was a gay dance followed by walking into something with some more random gay motions and finishing it all up by getting back into the car with some more gay dancing afterwards. What a complete waste of time. Wow, I'm pretty sure MS is not dumb enough to let a preteen kid promote their M-rated game right?
