It's too early to tell much about Metroid. We don't have the American numbers yet, legs are weird for some Wii games in Europe, and who knows who will win this holiday? I wouldn't be horribly surprised if M:oM got either below 1 million sales OR rivaled Metroid Prime.

Okay people, the "Legacy deal" (only included Wii Sports) was in the US. In the UK several retailers had a discount on the Wii package that included Wii Sports Resort, both black and white versions, for Bank Holiday.

I wish Valkyria Chronicles 2 sells 500k but US is not a good PSP market.

Here in Italy I saw the white WSR bundle discounted by 30€, while the black one was full price. OTOH last Xmas they temporarily discounted the black bundle, and during Spring 2010 they cut price of both bundles (quite later than in other countries, though, although the street price had been 20-30€ lower than SRP since after Xmas). Although not the same, it's a strategy that could have the same positive side-effects of MS staggered cut, catching the attention longer and extending the WW effects in time, despite with a lower initial spike.
