leo, Stickies are when you go to a specific forum and that posts is always at the top.
Weren't the mods supposed to get a few new powers, like changing thread titles?

Yes, mods needs stickies and to be able to change thread titles.
There are too many non-descriptive thread titles. But maybe there should be a public record of what the thread title was, what it was changed to, who changed it, and when.
