Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

1680x1050. And I run my web browser maximized...I have no need to use half or 2/3 the screen...the only other thing on my desktop typically is my AIM buddy list and perhaps some music playing...no need to give those desktop space.

So yeah, it'd be cool if it was any bit wider, but it's not a huge deal to me.

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

Would it be possible to implement something similar to what NeoGAF has on their home page?

I've never been to neogaf before; that's a nice feature.

How about it ioi?  Could you make a display option for us widescreen users to use?

Definitely what I was going to suggest, but you were faster than me at it! xD

I think it would be an excellent idea actually, considering that it should be a standard these days.

Random game thought :
Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

Watch my insane gameplay videos on my YouTube page!

Please don't change it to bigger resolution. I use the smaller one because I like to have everything a big bigger. I'm sure I'm not the only one that would come to this website less if I had to constantly scroll over. I know on mycokerewards.com it is much bigger and I have to change the resolution on my computer to use it. Just leave it like it is please :)

I'd say I agree with the NeoGAF idea, but if ioi is taking suggestions for improvements to the site as a whole, I have one idea that I think everyone would like (even tho I know what I say may not count for much since I don't even have 20 posts yet):

Would it be possible, right after where it says who started a thread, to say "Last post by:"?

I ask because, if I'm following a thread and didn't note how many posts were in it at the time, I'd like to know without going back into it if anyone new has responded.

This is a shrunken version of what it looks like to anyone with a wide screen monitor, which is about 50% of new computer sales. It's not really that much of a problem having half the screen be blue, but 100px would be nice. Oh and ioi, thanks for having everything appear dead center. Most websites have everything aligned to the left, thus the entire right half of my screen is useless. At least with everything in the middle its a nice, neat even distribution of free space.

This is a good idea too.
