As awesome as Halo: Reach is going to sell first week, it's not going to outsell New Super Mario Bros. Wii (the fastest selling game to 10 million) in its first ten weeks. Heck, you're saying that Reach will even outsell Halo 3 and Modern Warfare 2's lifetime sales in 10 weeks?

Don't forget that GT5P was bundled a lot (MGS4 not so much), plus GT5P was/is a fraction of the price of MGS4. ;-p When GT5 releases, sales of GT5P should die out, but MGS4 will keep on truckin'! B3LI3V3!

No I really do. The 360 install base has tripled since Halo 3 came out. I'm positive.

Nah, I don't make bets here on VGChartz (and I like your Avatar. ). But I seriously (seriously) doubt that Halo Reach will sell 12 million in its first 10 weeks. Seriously.
Time will tell. 
I'm guessing that Reach will do 5-5.5 million first week and 4 million day one. With the amount of pre-orders it already has, I don't think there is any way it does under 3.5 million first day.
As for this being a troll thread, how do you get that? The guy is seriously wanting to take a bet and I have seen bets much worse than this, so I don't think it is.
