Consdering Reach has 1.4 million pre-orders with 3 weeks to launch, prepare to see  new champ.

I am going out on a limb here and saying it will do 5.5 mil to 6 mil first week. 

It shouldn't have any trouble breaking the single console record and I think it has a real chance of blowing past Halo 3's sales within a few months... Halo this gen has not been very front loaded

i'm tempted to buy it just to be part of the record... umh...

I'm not sure what the exact number the game will get first week but......

We WILL see a new record on first week launch on a single console.  Halo the undisputed King of console FPS is back baby.

i think it should deffo be biggest week 1 of any game so far, 5 million day 1 wont be out of the question, everyone who wants it will buy it day one, the rest will be tricklers.

Reach is going to be huge throughout the holidays (and I think Fable 3 will be bigger then the 2nd was as well). It really is coming out at the right time for the 360. Halo Fans really are looking forward to a full Halo game, with a ton of next gen updates.  The Slim has given the 360 a boost going into release.  Plus all the advertising coming up for Reach, Fable, and Kinect can only help push more titles. People rarely buy only one title when picking up a new system during the holidays.  You can be sure the big 360 Kinect displays will have a Halo 3 and Fable nearby.

Actually i think that Halo Reach will have the best legs of any Halo yet (even better then Halo 3's)

without black ops reach could do it, but when you had black ops and moh right next to it I don't see it maybe 4mill first week which is huge
