Sonic Superstars tennis was bundled? I missed that one... However there are a lot of million selling casual games on 360 like Guitar Hero, Rock Band, Need for Speed, Dead Rising, Lego Star Wars, Viva Pinata, Midnight Club, PRG, The Simspons game, etc.
It also depends on what you define as casual, as I bet many CoD, Halo, and assassin's Creed sales are to casual gamers (I mean look at the huge sales jump Modern Warfare did to the franchise, and Call of Duty 2 was a better game then World at War.

Rock Band and Guitar Hero are considered social games. People meet up just to play the games. In fact, I'm meeting up on Friday with a few friends for drinks and Rock Band. That explains why those games are huge on the xbox 360 due to the social factor of the system.
I wasn't aware that Dead Rising was viewed as a casual game...I guess if you get technical but just letting you know that it was bundled with Lost Planet and Devil May Cry 4 for a Capcom game bundle last year.
Also, Project Gotham Racing 4 has been bundled with an xbox live starter kid for the last few years.
And Viva Pinata was bundled just earlier this year with Banjo-Kazooie Nuts & Bolts in the arcade systems.
Otherwise, carry on.

It's interesting to see how typical casual games only seem to sell well bundled on the 360.
Howver my input on the casual 360 audience, is that it's a more mature casual audience then the PS2 and Wii have. A lo of people pick up Halo or Call of Duty simply because it's "the" big shooter, and it's fun to play. Same reason why people will pick up Gran turismo on the PS3, and the same reason why Grand Theft Auto sells so well. In fact anything above 10 million sales much be "casual" in some sence in my opinion. There aren't enough hardcore gamers to ALL like the same product. Wii just has a different type of casual gamer, one that plays New Super Mario Bros, Wii Fit, and Mario Kart. All great games, but I bet you a lot of people pick it up simply because it's Mario, or "the" Wii branded fitness game.
For the same reason a person like my sister would consider Wii Fit, a 30 year old bald guy will pick up Halo. It's just Wii Fit largely cators to a crowd of people who don't normally play games, where most Halo gamers at least play games a bit normally.
