There was some slowdowns last night when the new weekly stats went up for US and Japan, but in general I am not aware of any problems.

Yep. The slowdown usually only lasts for about 15-30 minutes at a time though. After that it's back to normal. Unless you're on the site a lot, you probably wouldn't even notice it.
