I think I can safely say with near 100% certainty that I'm the poorest person on this entire community.

I think beyond a certain point, money becomes useless.

I would never go to an expensive restaurant because I think that's a waste of money. I wouldn't buy a bunch of cars, because why would I need more than 1? I wouldn't buy a huge house because I don't need that much space.

If I had a lot of money, I'd probably follow my dream of collecting all the consoles and games from the 3rd generation on foward. Even including the rarest of the games, I don't think that would set me back too much.

Having all my needs and some pleasures met makes me happy.   Money is required for that.

Beyond that, I do not crave opulance, excess or pretencious display of wealth.  

I’m an adamant believer that money doesn’t make people happier; but lack of money or high debt can make people miserable.

Up until the point where people’s essential needs are met, the lack of money causes significant suffering. After a person’s essential needs are met the pursuit of material possessions to promote happiness and fulfillment tends to have very little success; and if it is paid for through expanding your debt, the loss of time and freedom due to that debt only reduces your happiness.

It does but i'd much prefer love over anything.

the stuff i get, used to mean something to me, as i work hard to get them , but now that i have a job and get paid by doing nothing made lose interest in everything.

so yeah, money doesn't make me happy, but sharing that wealth does make me smile =] , but i am also very very glad that i grew up poor , or else i would be a total jackass by now and have no manners or respect to poor people at all.

yeeeessssssss~~~~~~~~~ I'm 3rd year into my uni, I could just make enough money from my job to cover my living, so I am desperate for some money and luxury. The first thing Ima do when I have money is to ditch my roommates as they're disgusting ppl, then I'll get the puppy shown in my avatar, then I'll get drunk in my bathtube and sing, not too much to ask I'm sure.

Yes!! It just feels so nice in my hands....

The only real problem is that I so rarely have lots of money (as a child) that I feel the need to spend it immediately

sometimes roomates aren't bad but you never know!

As long as my bills are paid and my family has everything they need and some of what they want, I'm happy.
