I was at the bank, I have a replacement card right now.

They can't do much without my pin number, really. They can have a useless card.

That's what you think. To purchase online all they need is the card numbers on the front and the 3-4 digit number on the back. You don't need the PIN number for online purchases, that is why the first thing you do is have them cancel the card and then wait for a new one.

Wow sorry to hear about your bike and your card. Look on the bright side! You were Badass! Breaking that skateboard was hardcore. You also tracked down the punks and defended your honor. Not that you should seek violence but now you can feel good that you did not back down.

Well that sucks, sorry to sound like an ass or cynical, but why didn't you lock your bike up?  It seems like you're almost asking for it otherwise.

I didn't really a know a gang of kids would come and try to claim my bike is theirs, espescially when there was people around.

And I'm in the bank, clear glass windows, I can see my bike.

I grew up in a small town where everyone knows everyones name that only had a single stoplight and I still locked my doors.  People are jerks.

It sucks that happened to you and really sucks that you lost hold of your debit card even for a short period but it just goes to show it's better to not take chances on some things.

Well, I passed by the person I got into a fight with today.

His eye was bruised and swollen. He wasn't on the bike. I told him to be scared if I ever see him on the bike while he's alone and not with his butt buddies.

ATM card's cannot make online purchases... at least where I live in Ontario Canada, I think they do have some ones that can, but they are more like Credit Cards than ATM cards.  ATM cards do not have a security code on the back (at least mine do not) has a security chip in it, that's about it.  My Credit Cards do have security pins on the back

OT: That sucks - What kind of bike was it?  I'd be pissed if mine got stolen - just bought it last year, a 26" Specialized with a Rock Hopper Frame

Mine has a different paint job

Unicorns ARE real - They are just fat, grey and called Rhinos

It's just an ATM card? Coming from a bank I figured it was a debit card.

Did you get pictures of your face? The police, if they're decent and your area is relatively free of crime/quiet (like mine) then they'll probably find it sooner or later.

If this kind of stuff is minor in your city then probably not. Do you live in the suburbs or an urban area?
