This also completely absolves Hatmoza, but not Heph.
Heph could be a plant.
The reason being:
Hatmoza narrows potentials to three people.
Hephestos, being a mafia, says he is the SK. Hatmoza tries to cure SK, and fails for obvious reasons. Mafia kills hatmoza since he has lost the protection.
We must still go along according to plan.
Hatmoza must try to cure Heph. Heph must be blocked and doctored. If he is not pro-town by morning, we lynch him.

When I was in the mafia, I found these lists of "who do I suspect?" to be most useful to the bad guys, and not all that useful to the town: it let me know whether I was doing good or not at deception, and as far as I could tell it didn't do the town much good. Some other people have made similar lists this game, and I have to say that I definitely haven't found them to be much use. I'd advise against writing out all your thoughts and suspicions like this: instead, pick your likeliest target and take it from there. If that doesn't pan out, move on to the next one.
