huh??

there is a new app called 8-bit box, it comes with ice climbers and other thing.... wasn't it a nintendo ip?

If it uses the name, sprites, code, music or characters from Ice Climber then it's illegal.

Otherwise it's fine. Even if it just looks very very similar.

I don't doubt that they have a copyright agreement etc. with Nintendo.

All you need is a 3DS with a game (Super Mario game) featuring Bowser, this will stop whoever decided to add Ice Climbers onto the Iphone without Nintendo's permission!
