Not sure, I think it needs a Windows Live ID.

Just create a fake hotmail account and select US as your country and then create a Gamertag.

I just did it on xbox.com and it worked.

I don't even use my email account that I've linked to my Gamertag ^^

the problem is now.... My gamertag is taken! =[ , can i delete that? if not , great here comes another "PullusPardusUS" like i did on my PSN xD

Did you already create a Gamertag, but with "wrong" country informations or are you seriously asking me if you can delete a Gamertag which doesn't belong to you ?

In both cases, no I don't think that's possible.

Lol i've made one long ago when i didn't have the Xbox to play with a friend, but i had it on UK, but anyways my new one is called PullusPardusXBL if you want to add me =]

Ok just start the whole thing over with creating a brand new Gamertag.  (and yes you can delete gamertags off of your 360)

Follow these steps:

1. Create a new hotmail email address and make sure to set the country and whatnot

Here's what it should look like...fill out everything like I have shown here. (you can put whatever password and username you wish for but make sure you do United States, Minnesota and 55014 for the zipcode)

And don't do a security question instead of linking this account to a different email account of yours.

 

Now create your gamertag and make sure you set the country to United states and the language to english.

Now for address and all that.

Address-7690 Village Drive

City-Lino Lakes

State-Minnesota (MN)

Zip Code-55014

 

If this doesn't work then you really are screwed lol.....BTW why do you want a US gamertag?

i can make a UAE account but it only allow you to play local multiplayer not XBL

they just don't know how many gamers are in Middle East xD almost everyone is.
