Several of them.  The first was released before the original game even came out: I understand it revolved around Nihilus.

Saren and Anderson, more.

Me and my wife have read all three. They're pulp, but they're amusing pulp, and better books than any of the Halo novels (for what that's worth).

Also in the second one you learn how Quarians go to the bathroom.

It's actually one of my favorite things baout the series: they seem to drop tidbits or explanations for things people would ask or do ask, as if to cut off people with questions/plothole claims.

Guys, remember Conrad Verner? Sure you do. He popped up in Mass Effect 2, and regardless of what you did in the first game on of the event flags was wrong and it assumed you went Renegade. Someone dug through ME2's files and found the sounds that should have been there if you went Paragon.

Awesome find Khuutra. I wish they'd patch the Verner issue but at this point I don't see it happening. Maybe fans will fix the PC version.

I hope they figure out a way to fix the flags for Mass Effect 3. I just want Conrad back. And for my helping the Consort to carry over.
