That's what I'm hoping but it'll be JP first and then 3 months later Rest of the World

PRetty much what I'm hoping BUT I think we'll get a same month worldwide release like XIV is getting.

Is it too much to hope for a spring 2011 release?

Well hopefully we can get a same month WorldWide Release but I'm just considering the options.

Spring 2011 is 30/70. 30% of happening an 70% not happening. And it'll be 20/80 if we're talking WorldWide Release Same month. Reason is Nomura will reveal lots of Versus XIII at TGS which is September but he won't have the actual game finished until early 2011 I'm guessing Jan/Feb. So from September onwards, Square Enix can start to advertise Versus XIII like FF XIII by releasing a Demo to public,etc and once he finishes the game by Feb 2011, Square Enix can then go into full advertising in Japan at the start of the year for maybe a Summer 2011 JP release and Fall 2011 Rest of the World Release. So I'm guessing there's a bigger chance that a WorldWide Release in Spring 2011 is highly unlikely.

my hype for this game just skyrocketed by reading this!!! BRING ON TGS!!!

I would die if S-E gave a worldwide release date for this ...then the hype I have for this game would revive me...

You guys won't even be alive by the time this game releases. You will probably die from massive hype overload during TGS. Then your whole body will explode when they show a new trailer with gameplay and a release date. There is no chance anybody can survive that. LOL!
