Ok, this is killing me.

I recently got those games and i don't know what to play first.

Anyone who has played any of the above games to recommend one?

PS. Does anyone know if DQIX has a good story? I played a couple of hours and it just seems too boring, does it pick-up or is it always this bad?

DQIX has a weak story compared to DQV, its main story so far isn't that good.

BUT the independent stories of EACH TOWN you go to are very well done. I am enjoying the game TBH!

So continue to play it for the charming mini stories each town offers.

Hopefully the main story will pick up soon.

DEvil Survivor has the BEST story out of those. Its just REALLY gripping and engrossing, once you start playing it you will want to keep playing to find out what happens next!

Well since i trust your opinion on RPGs i guess Devil Survivor it is! I'll skip on SoulSilver and wait for Black & White, and somewhere in between i'll try and find some time for KH2 before BBS releases. Thanks Darth!

Kingdom Hearts II would be the best to start with. But I don't know in which order you should play them. Why not play all games at the same time?

No problem, but as you've bought Soul Silver ye might as well play it.

A reason I may have been bored with it is that I played Platinum like 2 months before Soul Silver.

And I'm gonna be trying KH2 soon as well, would be cool if we were playing it at the same time lol.

Lol i can't handle so many different stories at once, Kingdom Hearts's story by itself is ridiculously complex -.-

But seeing as i've finished KH1, CoM and 358/2 days i'll try to beat this one too.

Out of those:

-Never Played Devil Survivor

-Dragon Quest IX is pretty cool

-I hate Pokemon gameplay personality.

-Kingdom Hearts 2 is good.

Out of those I say Dragon Quest IX.

Dragon Quest 9 is easily the best of the bunch. If you think Dragon Quest 9 is boring because it has a weak story, then you probably don't want a Pokemon game; they all have very weak stories.

The DQ9 story follows the formula of establishing the main character, then going through sub-plot lines for the first half of the game, then the main plot line for the second half of the game. Once the main story is complete, there are lots and lots of other things to do, and this includes revisiting old villains and characters from past games. The game is largely focussed on building up your character. While the game doesn't have a strong plot like DQ5 does, the game does offer much more in all other areas. I have packed in 82 hours total, including 51 hours multiplayer (although it doesn't feel like I have played that much). I consider it to be hands-down the best original game available on DS.

Kingdom Hearts 2 - I played a little, but it has been sitting in my collection for like 5 years or something. I do mean to get to it eventually.

Devil Survivor - The game starts out very fun and interesting, but eventually the game gets ridiculously frustrating due to poor design and balancing; monsters get too powerful to kill fast enough (there's a lot of protect quests and such). It will be even worse for those who do not abuse the monster-merging system to the max.

DEVIL SURVIVOR is one of the best games for DS, so underrated. The story is amazing, and so is the gameplay. I would advice you to get it before it becomes more expensive, since Atlus makes prints few copies of their games.

Gameplay wise, DQ9 is the best one.
