Because I had pretty much the exact same computer, with almost the exact same card in terms of power consumption and I had absolutely no problems. My PSU was 250W also but it was very very crappy.

See: Even using an overclocked quad core CPU which was pulling over 125W by itself they couldn't get the overall system consumption to top 250W. Your CPU uses less than half as much power. This was on the benchmark which causes systems to burn the maximum quantity of power.
The system will fit the graphics card, the case is big enough. The card isn't that big.
